Mark Watson, R.P.L.S. – President

Mark is the son of a Land Surveyor and grew up working alongside his father learning the trade. He has worked for numerous companies across the states of Texas and New Mexico since 1993. On May 12th, 2003, Mark was awarded the designation of Registered Professional Land Surveyor, License #5740 in the State of Texas. On June 13th, 2003 Mark opened Watson and Associates of Mason in Mason, Texas and over the course of time built a thriving company. In July 2007, the decision was made to incorporate and form Cross Texas Land Services, INC.

Charles Green – General Manager

Charles joined the team in 2008 and was named General Manager in December 2009. He has held positions in Business Development, Operations, Accounting and Finance and Practice Management in companies including Edward Jones, Charles Schwab, CyberTrader, and National Financial Partners. Charles holds a BBA in Financial Planning and Management Information Systems from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Arkansas.

Abraham Leamons, R.P.L.S. – Project Manager

Abraham became a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor, in June, 2011.  In 2004, Abraham started working for Watson and Associates of Mason under Mark Watson and rejoined the team in May, 2008. Abraham is a graduate of The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Science in Technology: Surveying and Mapping Emphasis, May 2008, and he successfully passed the Surveyor In Training (S.I.T.) exam in October 2008.While attending college he received a 30-hour OSHA Construction Outreach Training card in Construction Safety and Health. Abraham has experience working on ALTA, wind farm, oil and gas, pipeline, construction, boundary and title surveys.

Josh Leamons, R.P.L.S. – Project Manager

In June, 2011, Josh became a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Texas. Josh was employed by Mark R. Watson in 2004-2006 and he rejoined the team in June, 2009. In May, 2008 he received his B.S. in Technology: Surveying and Mapping Emphasis from The University of Texas at Tyler, and he successfully passed the Surveyor In Training (S.I.T.) exam in October 2008. Since 2004, Josh has gained a wide range of experience working on various projects with Surveyors and Engineers. Josh also holds a 30-hour OSHA Construction Outreach Training card in Construction Safety and Health.
